Objective, Vision & Mission

To facilitate collaborative, interdisciplinary research and enhancement of research networking capacity.
To enhance the reputation of its members, the constituent academic units, and the university through the quality of their work. This will occur through a variety of means such as sharing research ideas, samples, and sample preparation facilities, technical expertise, and specialized equipment.
To increase and effectively manage resources and research support for its members and the wider university community, promoting joint proposals for funding from outside agencies while aiming to become a resource hub for referencing and exchanging knowledge in materials and green energy.
To provide education and training in research and related skills, especially for graduate students, thereby enhance the academic programs. This includes research-related workshop.

Excellence through Innovation, Creativity and Invention.

To lead, integrate, and deliver multidisciplinary research and development solutions in the field of Energy, Bioresources, Environmental and Materials.
To enable excellence in research and innovation by facilitating and enhancing partnerships and collaborations between researchers, universities and industries.
To pursue high impact activities such as research, trainings, seminars, public lectures and innovation that can benefit the industry and society.
